So at first I wanted to make this whole meal without the carbs, aka the pasta, but last minute I realized i didn’t have the right tools to make the zucchini pasta- but either way this meal turned out to be amazing!!!
It’s super easy to make and the best part you can customize it to your liking.
3 easy steps:
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
put a little bit of oil onto a skillet and throw in your chicken to fry.
add spices such as salt, pepper, coriander, shawarma spice, paprika, dry cilantro and/or dill, turmeric etc.
Don’t go over board with the spices. add a little bit of each. go with what you feel.
add a little bit of water to the skillet, close the lid and let it do its thing on medium heat for a few minutes then set aside when its done.
Step 2: Prepare the Zucchini and the noodles
boil your noodles.
the next few steps are pretty much the same as the previous ones.
little bit of oil, throw in your zucchinis to the skillet.
add salt, pepper, and any spices you desire that you feel at the moment.
once your zucchinis are fried and noodles are boiled, its time to move on to step 3.
Step 3: Putting it all together.
This step is easy. take all the ingredients you set aside and put them all in one skillet and finish it off.
add Fresh basil, cherry tomatoes and cilantro to the bunch.
once everything looks hot and delicious just serve and enjoy!
